This place is conveniently located near the beach, 5th avenue, and various dining options, the rooms are modern and clean with two double beds, and the daily service is outstanding.

I stayed in a double room with a bathroom, 2 queen beds, and a huge balcony for 3 nights. the restaurant offered a variety of good meals for breakfast. - the service was very good. - the pool was nice.

In an awesome location - you can easily walk to anywhere you need to go. the rooms are super clean and really practical, with seriously comfy beds 👌. Plus, you've got Netflix, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi - basically, all the essentials covered.

The stay here was great, with fast wi-fi, incredibly hospitable staff, and a modern, spacious room.

We had booked a sea view room with a large balcony and a direct view of the sea. Beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge for hotel guests. After a few minutes you are on the Avenida Nr 5 (called fifth. Avenue) the strolling and shopping mile of Playa del Carmen.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. Brilliant. The staff was very friendly. Especially reception and restaurant. Very beautifully landscaped with a small courtyard. The rooms have a great balcony.

Some of the rooms were not cleaned at all or only half cleaned. The water in the shower and at the sink flows only drop by drop. Unfortunately, the beach chairs belonging to the hotel are also available to non-hotel guests.

The food here is good, the service is great, and the view of the beach and the sea is amazing; the room is spacious, updated, with a shared balcony.

The location of Pelicano Inn Playa Del Carmen is ideal, just a short walk from the center with plenty of dining options, shops, and banks nearby. Quinta Avenida is also within easy reach.
